And out on the coast between NYC & Atlantic City...a 14 year old girl gets the crap beat out of her and others don't do jack but film it of course and 4 involved are "suspended" pending "legal action"...2 days later the beaten girl commits suicide.  And, naturally, the district has pages of anti-bullying crap on their website, anti-bullying staff...blah blah blah...

Said "legal action" best include lengthy incarceration of the main perp and some hard time for the others...that the school doesn't call police etc makes whatever anti-bullying crap they got about as worthless as a bucket of spit!
