For anyone using CPAP it is a real racket with usually no good help from any medical people or the DME.

Luckily the 85 pounds I dropped not only stopped my acid reflux, but also my sleep apnea issues.

My first sleep doc said me losing weight would not much help as he only saw such improvement for extremely overweight
My recent sleep PA said my throat was small but my tongue is not. hence the sleep apnea.

BTW sleep apnea causes acid reflux.
