Somehow, this dangerous imbecile thinks some bullsh*t bill to illegally re-write the Constitution and criminalize a non-crime targeting one specific person (an illegal bill of attainder) has a) any chance of passing the House b) any chance of passing SCOTUS review, especially after threatening the Court with what I assume in his "Article 1 powers" blurb is referring to impeachment and/or packing the court...which also faces a steep legislative advancement prospects...
