Yeah, well...color me skeptical of average Joe's & Jane's being savvy enough to trade any better at night than during the day...

And does this mean more regulators?  And, does that matter?

Pretty sure if it leads to more shearing of sheeple it will be a net gain for PTB's even after regulatory fines...
