The sloth and incompetence of my ex , a now retired state employee cannot be over stated.  The hard work of my ex sil's husband cannot be overstated. A city employee far away. When it was 20 below he would 'screw off" by only spending 4 hours per day outside.

I heard someone from CA say that you cannot just go into a canyon and cut out the underbrush etc. You need to complete and have approved an environmental review which requires lawyers.
