People should be jumping all over Obama, Pelosi & Co speaking out in support of this trash.

Somebody (Breitbart?) needs to splice in their comments of support for this ilk with footage of the street trash spouting their hate and wrap the whole thing up by asking America if they support this crap and run that ad 24/7/365 from now till election day!

 ::gaah::

Jeesh, I mean really, are people ever going to stop being effing sheep and fricken cowards and start going to war with the enemy?!

"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

And that's what he's worth -- 1% -- of any decent, red-blooded American man.

But to witness a covert action by unions, bent on destruction of the fabric of this nation.......disturbing.

You have to ask the question, "What do the unions get out of destroying capitalism?".  If there are no business, there is no need for a workforce... they loose.  I either don't get it or I don't see their end game.

At least the Tea Party (by standing with the constitution) have a vision of what they see as the end game.  If you were to ask any of these OWS'ers what is to happen after they destroy capitalism, what would they say?  Do they even know?

They're like all the Useful Idiots of the past. They think that the "fundamental transformation" they usher in will include them in its power echelons. When they (quickly) realize just how much that is not the case, they're generally already lined up in front of a hastily dug ditch. There's a video on YouTube of an interview conducted in the early 80s with Yuri Bezmenov, a former KGB operative who defected. He discusses exactly this irony, how the trouble makers most responsible for ushering in communism/Marxism are very often the first ones eliminated by it when their usefulness is past its expiration date.

Look at what happened with labor unions in the USSR, they were outlawed and their function folded into the apparatus of the Communist Party. This process is described in Shakedown Socialism, a book by another ex-Soviet named Oleg Atbashian (who also runs the hilarious parody site, The People's Cube).

Yuri Bezmenov  via Barnhardt:

In this clip, he begins by referencing the Communist "sleepers" that were trained at "Lumumba University" at the 0:15 mark. That is Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow, which it is very credibly theorized is where Obama was during his two "lost years" when he was supposedly at Columbia. He wasn't at Columbia. He was never seen at Columbia, and the informal class archivist / social butterfly, Wayne Allen Root, who had the same major AND minor and graduated the same year has stated unequivocally that he NEVER saw Obama at Columbia and doesn't know a single classmate who ever saw Obama at Columbia. EVER. It is very possible that Obama was recruited out of the very left-leaning Occidental, having been on the Communist's radar by virtue of the fact that his mother, grandparents and mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, were all Communists. He was then sent to Lumumba via Pakistan.

Not to worry, in Obama's own words "He's on their (OWS protestors) side".

Still, not enough to indict him as a Marxist.

“The most important thing we can do right now is those of us in leadership letting people know that we understand their struggles and we are on their side, and that we want to set up a system in which hard work, responsibility, doing what you’re supposed to do, is rewarded,” Obama said. “And that people who are irresponsible, who are reckless, who don’t feel a sense of obligation to their communities and their companies and their workers that those folks aren’t rewarded.”

So how is people protesting "hard work, responsibility, doing what you’re supposed to do"?  I've been upset with my government for years because I've done the right things (work hard, pay my bills on time or early, obey the law, pay my taxes, etc) and it seems the only people getting rewarded are the lazy slobs that do nothing but sit on their asses and collect welfare, food stamps and gov housing.  And they're getting all of this from me and those like me and all we get are more taxes piled on us.   Someone needs to tell the hypocrite in chief that he is naked.

Why is a month-long slumber party in a public park more heroic or newsworthy than getting up daily and going to work? “I’ve been here a week and I’m lovin’ every minute of it,” a jagged-toothed, self-described vet leaning against a planter in Zuccotti Park told me on Sunday. One of the biggest decisions that he and his fellow occupiers have to make each day is whether to eat vegan or to scarf down some saturated animal fats in the Dunkin’ Donuts that regularly make the rounds, thanks to the bounteous food donations that pour into the park on an hourly basis. (The most critical decision, of course, is which local establishment to invade for your sanitary needs.)

Henry, a delicate, doe-eyed anthropology and interdisciplinary-studies major from the University of Alabama, came up to New York a week ago with the blessings of his professors, who are undoubtedly celebrating the long-hoped-for revival of 1960s student activism. The chance that his courses are so demanding that his open-ended leave of absence will jeopardize his grades is zero. “It’s obvious that the good guys are fighting the bad guys,” he said. “It’s a question of good v. evil. Bad guys serve themselves, seeking individual gain; they’ve forgotten what it means to be a good guy. You can be rich, but you shouldn’t try to get richer, because you make people poor by getting richer.”

Henry needs his dumb-as-a-box-of-rocks ass kicked.

I'm not rich, I'm attempting to be richer but can't because the poor people are making me poorer.

Speaking of slow learners...

"Despite the complaints, the board unanimously voted for a resolution supporting the protesters’ right to stay in the park but called for a crackdown on noise, public urination and defecation, and disruptive barricades. "
