India-China Dynamic

Sure would be nice if we had an Administration in DC that had one brain cell...improving economic and military ties with India is the only real option we have of checking both Chinese influence and containing Pakistan...but that brain cell is not operating in our interests (and never has)...

Being the needy country Vietnam is asking much from India and offering little in return.
On the other hand India will have an ally and a military foothold in the South China Sea.
Current CIC will not do anything positive to ensure the China seas stay open or that the
smaller more vulnerable nations are protected.  We'll be lucky if Commander Lucky does
not help China seal it up.

Taiwan should go silent and buy those electric boats they build up in the Netherlands.
