We all knew this already, but apparently MN is the only state that tracks it, so it's good to see it acknowledged.
As an aside... it would seem strange to me that EVERY state doesn't track this data, except for... The only logical reason I can discern that tracking the data wouldn't be done is because looking at the numbers takes a big steaming sh*t on the Leftist narrative.
Murder rate among MN carry permit holders exposes remarkable safety record
Minnesota is one of a few states that track crimes committed by Concealed Carry permit holders.
When the Minnesota law was passed, an annual report of crimes committed by permit holders was required. The Minnesota permit is simply a permit to carry, the law does not discriminate between carrying concealed and carrying openly.

The number of people with Minnesota permits that commit murder or manslaughter is remarkably low. Only three instances are recorded in the Minnesota Carry Permit annual reports for the nine years reported.

"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."
- Thomas Jefferson
