I find old posts now and then. Here is one from June 16 2014 where the Ukr PM said the people in Donbass ("those who sponsored them") subhumans and  promised to wipe them off the map. This is one reason why people there wanted some autonomy.

Plus in all of those the treatment of prisoners by the Axis, Norks, Chinese and North Vietnamese was worse that what we ever did...one not need to broadcast hate to do hateful things...  Or, just because nobody wrote it down or recorded it doesn't mean it wasn't there...

Is this true? I thought in previous attacks the global hawks or even manned spy planes were moved into position.

IMO when Kiev and DC get desperate they want to provoke Moscow into doing something in response that will be used to justify  direct NATO involvement. IMO that is why Kiev kept attacking the the Zap nuke plants.

I think DC wants to provoke a US style shock and awe response by Russia. It has been against public Russian doctrine to hit purely civilian targets in Ukraine. It has been declared Kiev doctrine to hit purely civilian residential targets inside Russia or newly independent Donbass.  They say they want to drive out the ethnic Russians.
