He doesn't care about them saying no...simply forcing them to keep reiterating their refusal is underscoring his position that being under Hamas is injurious to the fake nation people...Hamas is their problem, not Israel...  He's letting the Muslim neighbors emphasizing this...they say they are too prone to stirring up things...let Hamas have them!  Their plight will never change as long as they are willing hostages of terrorist aims...
