"When I was in Wash. DC at the reception of the caskets, I asked for and received promises from Pres. Obama, Hillary Clinton, Leon Panetta, VP Biden and several other dignitaries in attendance. They all looked me directly in the eyes and promised they would find out and let me know. I got only one call from a clerk about a month later quoting from the time line, which I already had."

What she really got was Hillary's line drive into the face - "What difference does it make?!"!  Democrats are all leftists and all leftists lie, cheat and steal, rubbing their faces in it may be all this does, but even that effort has merit.

"My son told me that he saw someone taking pictures just before this happened and reported it. He told me they asked repeatedly for better security."

Well done Patricia, well done!

 ::USA::

Of course we cannot say if this will go anywhere or if an investigation will be allowed to get any confirmation of what really happened, but I applaud her for not taking this sitting down and holding feet to the fire.  If more people acted this way perhaps we would have serious people of good character leasing us and not a bunch of responsibility-dodging gutless leftards!

In the broad sense we know what happened - the Obama Regime knew what was happening and chose to let our people die.  A few lives were but a paltry price to pay in order to avoid being seen as the bully who came into another Muslim nation and spanked the same crazies they encouraged to take that nation over and who were a conduit of arms to more crazies fighting in Syria.  In end Hillary had it right from the start, these people were expendable, there is no point to rehashing old news, what difference does it make?

At the end of this piece there is a music feature called "Everybody Knows" which pretty much sums up the Congressional report on Benghazi. I'm really just putting this link in here to sort of dot the i and cross the t on this sorry excuse for our State Department. Just kind of recording it for posterity and for a sense of completeness on our forum.

Because everybody knows that HRC is a fabulous liar and she lies all the time and is never, ever held accountable for her actions and her words. Not once. Not ever. I don't know why. God will hold her accountable, though.

LINK

Quote
CBS: Five House Committees (Armed Svcs, Judiciary, Foreign Affairs, Intel, Oversight) released interim report on Benghazi.
Congressional Report: Secy Clinton's testimony to Congress was incorrect when claiming she was unaware of certain Benghazi security requests

Cong Report: Secy Clinton signed an 4/12 State Dept cable acknowledging then-Amb Cretz's formal request for additional security assets

Cong Report: but Clinton ordered the withdrawal of elements to proceed as planned.

Secy Clinton testified in Jan. 2013 "I didn't see those requests. They didn't come to me. I didn't approve them. I didn't deny them."

Cong Report:White House/SState Dept. Officials Altered Talking Points to protect State Dept. from criticism for inadequate security levels.

After a while, if you lie enough times and are never taken to task over it, lying just becomes normal and natural. But I don't care what anyone says...it, along with the subject matter referenced, blackens the soul.
In a doomsday scenario, hippies will be among the first casualties. So not everything about doomsday will be bad.

Our State Department's concept of foreign aid is that of the absentee parent.  Here, here's some money now go have a good time and be good.  It works equally well for both.

On April 26, Congressman Darrell Issa (R-Ca) sent a letter to Dept. of State secretary John Kerry demanding that lawyers who would represent these whistleblowers would be given clearances so they could talk to their clients about classified information, [Joe] DiGenova said.

[blockquote] At least four career officials at the State Department and the Central Intelligence Agency have retained lawyers or are in the process of doing so, as they prepare to provide sensitive information about the Benghazi attacks to Congress, Fox News has learned.

Victoria Toensing, a former Justice Department official and Republican counsel to the Senate Intelligence Committee, is now representing one of the State Department employees.

Foggy Bottom better get some Pampers, a bulldog from the diGenova & Toensing Law firm is now representing one of the whistleblowers.

2007,  retained by the New York State Senate to investigate then-
Gov. Eliot Spitzer in the Troopergate matter.
1997,  named Special Counsel by the U.S. House of Representatives
to probe the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.
1984-1988, Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Division of
                 the U.S. Justice Department
1981-1984, Chief Counsel for Senator Barry Goldwater, Chairman of the
U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence
1976-1981, Assistant U.S. Attorney in Detroit[/blockquote]

“So if you have additional questions or you think there's some document that somehow you need, I'll work with you to try to get it and see if we can provide that to you,” Kerry told committee Chairman Rep. Ed Royce, R-Calif., on April 17. But Kerry added: “I do not want to spend the next year coming up here talking about Benghazi.”

No one gives a shyt what you want or don't want to do you asshat, we need to find out what happened and who was responsible and if it takes 10 years to do that you are just going to have to be available.  Dickheads!!

Last I saw, Toensing was being thwarted in her attempts to represent her client:

"Rep. Darrell Issa, the Republican from California who chairs the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, wrote to Secretary of State John Kerry on Friday to complain that the department has not provided a process by which attorneys like Toensing can receive the security clearances necessary for them to review classified documents and other key evidence.

“It is unavoidable that Department employees identifying themselves as witnesses in the Committee’s investigation will apply for a security clearance to allow their personal attorneys to handle sensitive or classified material,” Issa wrote. “The Department’s unwillingness to make the process for clearing an attorney more transparent appears to be an effort to interfere with the rights of employees to furnish information to Congress.”

Today, Jay Carney said Toensing had not contacted state.
Today, Toensing said she received a letter from Issa, today,
saying to contact such and such office and ask for Van Jones?
and you may apply for security clearance in order that you may
represent your client. At this time she is saying she has attempted
to contact the office with result of only being able to leave a voice
mail.  There also has been no return from her voice mail request.

Ms (bulldog) Toensing is displeased and promises the White House
she will press on.
