As the Obama Regime story folds...

http://www.weeklystandard.com/articles/benghazi-scandal-grows_722032.html

And, more importantly...somebody needs to beat that Propagandist Carney over the head repeatedly with this - Internal Benghazi Review Ignored Clinton, Obama

Want to know where the "stand down" order came from?  Want to know where the cover up began?  Look no further than these two asshats!!!

(And I would bet the former had to be on orders by Obama and the latter by Hillary!)

In a sane world Obama would be facing impeachment and Hillary criminal charges!

All the kabuki is for naught. In a few months, the GOP will offer a sternly worded letter, those responsible will still be free and still spreading lies, and the low information voter will still be friggin' clueless.

As an American citizen I am very concerned about three one things.

Will this hold up my check?

Fixed, for the reality of a 2013 America, full of 2013 Americans.

Bingo. Times a million.

Rush Limbaugh seems to agree. He says Obama has gotten away with Benghazi, and indeed he has. Nothing will come of this. The official narrative is that Republicans are trying to make a mountain of a mole hill, and in the process being incredibly unseemly in the way they are "using" the unfortunate deaths of the Ambassador and the two former SEALs. We live in a society governed by the debased and the wicked, and populated by the envious and the unthinking. Justice in such an environment is literally impossible, at least the earthly sort.

He also said that the media has already dismissed the news as nothing more than a “political effort,” despite widespread coverage in the top newspapers.

“The media is treating it today as a non-event or as a Republican political effort to embarrass our delightful president and our future president, Hillary Clinton,” he said.

Perhaps one of the more surprising elements of Limbaugh’s analysis was his suggestion that the Obama administration has gotten away with a cover-up.

Scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub...

 http://www.nationaljournal.com/politics/scrubbing-the-truth-from-benghazi-20130510

http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2013/05/exclusive-benghazi-talking-points-underwent-12-revisions-scrubbed-of-terror-references/

"What difference does it make?!"

Not much...

First Black, Muslim, Black Liberation Theology, Bisexual, Choom-Club, UnAmerican American President will get away with it.

PS-Crap, like we need Jerry "safecracker" Rivers being an authoritative source in this case!  Doh!

PPS-Way to step up at the time, Davey, guess you were preoccupied with zippergate, guess that episode is in full context now, Dick!

"In an email at 2:44 p.m. to Chip Walter, head of the CIA’s legislative affairs office, Petraeus expressed frustration at the new, scrubbed talking points, noting that they had been stripped of much of the content his agency had provided."

 ::gaah::

And this guy obviously lives in an America that doesn't exist anymore, as does this gal!

They are not wrong in the analysis, just wrong about the nature of politicians of any stripe and of the people at large.

They, all of 'em, are grillin' Jay theCarney, at this moment and for the last hmmm thirty minutes, on the talking points being changed (12) twelve times etc.   Carney sez the Republicans did it and other problematic responses which is only chumming up the press corpse.

Johnathan Karl ABC whitehouse correspondent on GMA reported it and now
and now there's blood in the water.  If it survives the weekend it's a go.

Um, the Republicans did it.  Or the Republicans made them do it.  Yeeeaaahhhh, that's the ticket.

They've officially jumped the shark.

RUSH: At five o'clock he tells Hillary and Panetta, "You guys take care of it. I'm off" -- and he is out. I'm telling you: Where Obama was for the next seven hours, five hours, whatever, is still an unanswered question. Nobody knows where he was. He was off the grid.

RUSH:  So it's all over the place now that the White House lied about the Benghazi talking points. Ladies and gentlemen, the Benghazi story has now escaped conservative media, and it's all over everywhere now.  I shouldn't say all over.  It's out there.  It is everywhere.
...

Well, yesterday when we opened the program, I honestly said there wasn't much going on.  And there wasn't.  The big news yesterday was Jodi Arias and the Cleveland Castro story.  But today it's Benghazi and the IRS.

It's coming.

Pressure:
House Speaker John Boehner is facing mounting pressure to create a special or select committee to investigate the Benghazi terror attacks in which four Americans were killed.
...
The House resolution to form a special committee now has at least 139 co-sponsors who are putting Boehner in the difficult position

Kudos to CBS reporter Sharryl Attkisson for her dogged pursuit of the truth.

Rivera said on “Fox & Friends” that Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney may have been briefed by then-CIA Director David Petraeus “to suggest that there was a secret mission going on there, that we can’t go there, we can’t talk about it.”

ABC - Hillary Rodham Clinton  is even back in the spotlight, and may be back before Congress soon. So much for beaches and speeches to keep her occupied in retirement.

NYT - Early in the afternoon, it summoned reporters for a briefing by legal and political advisers who, under the ground rules, could not be identified. In that session, the White House asserted that the talking points were not modified for political reasons and noted that they had originally been prepared at the request of Congress. They said frequent, even exhaustive revision of talking points was routine at the White House.
...
But when the White House press secretary, Jay Carney, arrived for his on-camera briefing later in the day, he was questioned repeatedly on whether he or the administration deliberately misled reporters last fall about the changes in the talking points.

Washington Times - Watch out for Petraeus
by Joseph Curl
...
“Again,” one newly curious reporter asked, “what role did the White House play, not just in making but in directing changes that took place to these?”
...
“Well,” the carney said,...Enough. You get the point: Full Spin Cycle.
...
the CIA follows RFK’s edict: “Don’t get mad, get even.” And when the CIA gets even, it isn’t pretty.

With the White House putting all blame on the agency, expect push back this week — nuclear push back. Gen. David H. Petraeus, the former director forced to resign after a sex scandal [causes one to ponder whether it was an inside job], is a dangerous man to the Obama administration. Mad and intent on getting even, he’s already talking, telling one reporter the talking points were “useless” and he preferred not to use them at all. The floodgates will open this week, and by EOB Friday, the scandal will be full blown.

Yahoo - McCain called for a select congressional committee with a mandate to interview "everybody," including former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who has already testified before Congress on the matter and accepted responsibility for the tragedy.

But McCain's call was brushed off by fellow Republican Representative Darrell Issa, who chairs the House of Representatives Oversight and Government committee that heard from Hicks last week.

"You know, let's not blow things out of proportion. This is a failure, it needs to be investigated. Our committee can investigate," Issa said.

Hoboy, Issa, again.   Hey Daryl,  you had your chance with Fast & Furious pass it on.  Benghazi will be McCain's last hurrah and he wants this for his legacy.  Run with it Boomer, you and Lesley both.

It may not clean house as it should but it's top heavy, therefore, events will cascade.  How they cascade we can only pray.

Talking Points Memo -
Sens. John McCain (R-AZ), Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) on Monday...called for the creation of a Joint Select Committee " to resolve these contradictions and answer the many other unanswered questions about this tragedy."

That's the way they resolved the Nixon "tragedy".
First you have a Senate Select Committee, then the House draws up Articles of Impeachment, then the Marines give him a lift of campus.

Only two flaws: John Bonehead Boehner and the possibility Boyking may become reactionary.
