OBTW,

Today I will be eating my LAST SUPPER,
and just to prove that I'm not a racist,
I will be pigging out on a big Mexican Food Dinner!!

Oh, and bring out the chocolates!! Won't be able to eat too much today either!

I forgot! I have a bag of chocolates my husband gave me for Mother's Day.  And I have a hankering for lemon bars. Hmmm, been wanting peanut butter cookies lately....

I WAS going to clean the house but guess I don't need to do that! ::whoohoo::

update: I baked peanut butter cookies -- excellent! Ate 5 for lunch--that's not bad is it? It's packed with protein.  :)
