After leaving a lukewarm church (new interim pastor, very namby-pamby) -- we located a church that meets, maskless, & the pastor weaves "stolen election" into his scriptural sermons -- we were there for the 2nd time, yesterday.

Quick isn't as important as maintaining a D reading as close to 100 as possible. My last reading was almost 150, no side effects. I went to the Butt doctor today. She was also the surgeon on call and got called so my appt got pushed off 90 min then to next week.
They were nice but informed me my neck gaiter was not enough and gave me a surgical mask.

Vit D is fat soluble and builds up over time. I did not know that vit D3 makes vit D to take weeks to build up but D2 gets it up right away. BTW I did read the PM but did not watch all of the video from the doctor. He seemed good but I did not have time then.

I don't see anything on that flyer that is false.
