I wonder if these NK troops were worth the bother. Maybe this was a favor to the NK govt. The Korean language is said to take 2200 hours to learn proficient compared to 1100 for Russian.

I heard that Russian and Mandarin are so hard to learn that Russians and Chinese learn poor English when they have to work together.

Larry says that Ukraine has been defacto NATO member. 2000 - 2010 which countries hosted the most NATO exercises? 28 NATO members. #6 was Ukraine. #7 Georgia. Neither is NATO member.

The guest is a long term German reporter who wrote a book on Ukraine after traveling on both sides of the conflict. I think the book is kinda banned in German stores even when in their top ten.

He sums up the situation as I understand it. The Ukr people want peace but the govt is captured by fanatics. The EU leaders are delusional and are captured by transatlantic organizations.
