Maybe I am just being uncharacteristically optimistic, but I really think White America has just about had its fill of this business.  The agitators don't realize what a disservice they're doing to their own people.

I am reminded of this Kipling poem.

Quote
THE WRATH OF THE AWAKENED SAXON
by Rudyard Kipling

It was not part of their blood,
It came to them very late,
With long arrears to make good,
When the Saxon began to hate.
They were not easily moved,
They were icy — willing to wait
Till every count should be proved,
Ere the Saxon began to hate.
Their voices were even and low.
Their eyes were level and straight.
There was neither sign nor show
When the Saxon began to hate.
It was not preached to the crowd.
It was not taught by the state.
No man spoke it aloud
When the Saxon began to hate.
It was not suddenly bred.
It will not swiftly abate.
Through the chilled years ahead,
When Time shall count from the date
That the Saxon began to hate.
"The Fourth Estate is less honorable than the First Profession."

I'm really beginning to like Kipling.  A lot.

No need to worry! Holder has made the police promise to behave!

No word on what he said to the protesters/rioters/looters.

So apparently the grand jury has failed to reach a decision.  Does that mean they convene a whole new grand jury or what?

The obvious "problem" with a grand jury is that it is after all comprised of your peers. Faced with the prospect of their decision sparking violent community reaction who wouldn't vote present (great precedent you started Øbozo!)?

Not so constrained is Witholder and his federal monkeys. they aren't part of the community - heck, I doubt they're even human! So it'll be "painless" for the DOIJ (Department of Injustice) to bring charges against Wilson and let the GJ off the hook.

That's another area of the legal system that needs to be corrected in the next republic: this whole grand jury shopping that the state does. I recall in the Zimmerman case, originally the grand jury did not see evidence to indict. So they went to another grand jury until they got the desired answer.

If a grand jury "cannot make a decision" then to me that's the logical equivalent of "not enough evidence to support indictment," i.e. a no bill.

I thought they skipped the grand jury the second time and just brought in a "special" prosecutor. But I've been wrong before.

The very same tactic was used by Travis County, TX DA Ronnie Earle against Republican House Majority Leader Tom Delay. It took Earle seven grand juries to secure an indictment against Delay. The seventh finally did Earle's bidding, and after a long court battle Delay was convicted...on charges that, after years of legal delays, were dismissed as a farce -- what Delay had done wasn't even illegal! -- but Earle had forced Delay out of politics, which was his true aim.

Aparently the Fergusonians have made a decision....

http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/grand-jury-reaches-decision-in-case-of-ferguson-officer/2014/11/24/de48e7e4-71d7-11e4-893f-86bd390a3340_story.html

....I like how they say they are doing all they can to protect the identity of the jurors...seriously, this thing goes for the officer and people are telling me there isn't one feral-supporting jackwagon in this courthouse that will spill some info on someone that gets the jackals sniffing in this day and age where most government workers are left-leaning weanies?  Is that what they're trying to tell me?

I hear Wilson is retiring and skipping town.  Smart move, the jurors should do the same if they issue a no-bill, which the facts seem to indicate they should do, but we all know juries can go OJ on us...especially in this day and age of institutionalized pc/diversity/multiculti bullsplatter!

Intimidation or evidence? The evidence supports throwing the case out. But, the looters and arsonists are well known by the jury......they are not sequestered. Fear is a powerful motivator. It might even trump justice. Praying that it does not. Let looters and arsonists be shot as needed, but let the law be upheld.

I was just thinking the same thing but damage is kind of hard to estimate. I was thinking more along the lines of number of deaths. I don't think that it is out of line to look at it that way, either, because the activists have been priming their drones for extreme violence especially directed toward police and white people (who are armed if intelligent). Nature will then take over.

Basically, if the protesters bring it they will be met with the inevitable.

Anyway, I will be putting down my guess at eight dead. My guess would be higher if 1) it were a more densely populated area such as LA and 2) if the authorities were not already staged for it...they are.

Hey, you know...it's coming up on Black Friday and the peeps need to get their holiday gifts so expect major looting and such because those bros in the hood like to get things like that done early...avoid the rush and all.

Kind of surprised that they are waiting until sundown to crack this event. It would be much easier for law enforcement to deal with in the daylight but maybe they are thinking that there will be less for the media to film after dark...dunno.
