The tale that he is telling are at complete odds with the Bob Woodward book excerpts that came out today. He talks about BO as being a bold decision maker. Uh, yeah...sure.

Now is he talking about the "enormity" of BO's heart...*yawn*

Now he is trying to pretend that he and BO identify with working men and women. These two, who have never worked a day in their lives. Sure.

"A job is about a lot more than a paycheck." Tell that to the millions who have been out of work now for literally years during their administration.

I suppose that the convention delegates are buying this nonsense, this fairytale, this re-imagining of BO but it's hard to believe that anyone else is.

More bragging about the mythical 4.5 million jobs that have not been created. I don't know why they don't claim 45 million jobs. It's just as credible.

Oh boy...he's going to talk about the "rescue" of the entire auto industry. Total bullsh*t, of course. It was the rescue of the UAW at GM and Chrysler and the total screwing of the bondholders, stockholders and taxpayers.

Now he is attacking Romney by way of Bain...this anti-capitalist stuff is the reason why Romney is getting zillions in donations from corporate America. Or maybe the corporate guys actually know how the election is going to turn out and they are backing the winner.

And now he is going to brag about bagging OBL. President Gutsy Call. BO made a bold and lightning quick decision. Never mind that they got the opportunity to bag him due to GWB's groundwork.

Biden praises the SEALs. I'm sure that the SEALs are truly impressed.

Remember that Valerie Jarrett worked on BO continuously to get him to NOT decide to go after OBL.

This whole OBL thing is pure bullsh*t and bluster. Of course, Biden is your man when it comes to that. He has less shame than intelligence and wit.

I'm guessing that BO wrote this speech for Biden. He is, after all, in his own mind, a better speech writer than his speech writers.

The Democrats like to say that the Republicans want to take us back to a time that never existed and yet I am listening to BO describe an American past that never really existed...an America without capitalism and corporations...especially big corporations.

He mocks the "failures" of the last thirty years as if those years sucked. The fact is that those years were great. Everyone (except for the young and stupid) knows those years were great.

It will take more than four years to completely dismantle America...re-elect BO!

This convention (and this speech) are really all about energizing the lib base. They believe that it's all about GOTV. I hope that they are wrong. I'm pretty sure they are. I don't think the lib base will be enough. Polling shows that it has contracted in the last four years. That should mean that if they get their base out it won't be enough.

Not much talk about green jobs this time around. I wonder why? Oh, wait...there is a little talk about wind turbines. Not so much solar, though.

He mentions his wonderful move to raise the CAFE standards to double gas mileage...not much talk about how many Americans will lose their lives in these lightweight cars.

Oh yeah...global warming. That will bring out the votes.

He brags about college students paying less because the government is now the sole lender for college loans. Yeah, that will be a real convincer for out of work college grads who can't pay their staggering debts. Nothing about how ridiculously overpriced tuition is.

I have been a loyal Chevy customer all of my adult life. I solemnly swear I will never buy another GM product. Not ever.

This clod has been in office for nearly four years. Four years ago he bragged about rebuilding roads and bridges. He wasted four years and didn't do jack in that direction. And now he's making the same stupid ass promise like it's still believable.

And he also wants us to believe that he wants to work with Republicans. Sure.

He sure likes him some war on the rich. Millionaires sure suck. We need less of them, that's for sure.

My goodness, this is hard to watch. It's an assault on one's intelligence. He is speaking to the truly stupid and ignorant.

I don't suppose he is going to take another shot at "you didn't build that?"

He speaks about "Julia" but not by name.

Oh, I like this...no one is the source of our troubles. Except Mitt Romney, the rich and Republicans.

Collectivism: It's what's for dinner. Who knew that Americans in years gone by fought and died for collectivism?

"You did that" is the new and improved "you didn't build that."

I guess it was inevitable that we got in a line on abortion and what a wonderful thing it truly is.

He talks about Americans who give him hope. It is amazing that Americans soldier on in spite of his policies. He will indeed need another four years to completely ruin their spirit and crush the life out of all of us. It's true though, that he no longer gives anyone any hope.

Finally...it's almost over. He's asked for the vote. Please let him shut up soon.

And no...no balloons or confetti. Just BO on stage sucking it all up. The First Wookie and its spawn hit the stage. Then the Vice Idiot and his unlucky wife.

Oh wait, a small amount of confetti. They have to zoom in to really see it because there is so little of it. The start music and it stops. They restart it. I'm serious...there is very, very little confetti. They must have the WH flying monkeys up in the rafters tossing it out by hand. I think that they are sprinkling the confetti in front of the television cameras to try and give the impression that there is more than there really is. This is hilarious...they have video fireworks going on the big screen.

They keep cutting to ugly women delegates who are weeping uncontrollably. How funny.

Wow...and that's it. The country and western song ends and BO leaves the stage. What a let down.

Cardinal Dolan gives the benediction...The cameras make sure to show the few delegates who are observing the prayer...
